Shipping Policy for The Hygiene Company Online Website 

1. Shipping Destinations 

The Hygiene Company currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future. 

2. Shipping Costs 

  • Standard Shipping:£12.00  

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over £30.00 

  • Heavy or Bulky Items: Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy or bulky items. These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. 

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times 

We use reliable courier services to deliver your orders, such as: 

  • DPD | Royal Mail | Pallet courier service 

Delivery times are estimated as follows: 

  • Standard Delivery:Estimated delivery time, 2-3 business days max. 

  • Next Day Delivery:Where possible orders received before 14.00 are processed and dispatched for next delivery. 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and other factors. 

4. Order Processing Time 

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed. This excludes weekends and public holidays. 

5. Order Tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the courier's website.    

6. Delivery Address 

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.    

7. Failed Delivery Attempts 

If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. 

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
